MICHAEL CLARKE DUNCAN SAYS HE COULD’VE SAVED BIGGIE
Former bodyguard Michael Clarke Duncan has revealed he was assigned to protect Notorious B.I.G. on the tragic night the rapper was killed. The Green Mile actor, who was a security-man-for-hire before his acting career took off, has confessed he was assigned to guard B.I.G. at the Soul Train Music Awards in Los Angeles in March, 1997, but swapped the job with a pal to cover R&B singer Kenneth ‘Babyface’ Edmonds instead. Notorious B.I.G., real name Christopher Wallace, was gunned down in a drive-by shooting hours later. And Duncan admits the incident was a rude awakening – one which prompted him to make a career change. And the actor can’t help but think that the rapper would have survived the attack on his life if he had been in charge of his security for the night. He says, “In hindsight, everybody says I would have done this (differently) but my thing was never let the client sit on the passenger side door in the front. If you were my client, I’d have you… sitting in the middle (seat). “When things like that happen you have to ask yourself, ‘Am I really ready to give up my life to do this?’ And I figured if you’re not ready to do that, you need to find some other type of work.”
TAKE THAT, TAKE THAT, TAKE THAT
If you wanna party with Diddy at the Playboy Mansion, you might want to start saving up because tickets for diddy’s post-Grammys after party top out around $50,000 each. The cheapest ticket is a slightly more affordable $1,500 and they go up from there — $15,000, $25,000 all the way up to $50,000 depending on what services you may require. Sources connected with the party promoters say the $50,000 Monster Cabana ticket gets you 2 cabanas, VIP admission for 20 people, buffet dinner, open bar, free bottle service and 15 dedicated female promotional models. Thankfully, it’s all for a good cause as the party’s proceeds will go to benefit the Angelwish Foundation for children afflicted by HIV/AIDS and as exorbitant as the price tag is, its hard to be mad when it’s for such a good cause.
YUCK YUCK YUUUUUUUCCCCCCKKKK!!!!!! (File under:Not Enough Money in the World..)
“Fear Factor” producers’ plans to serve fresh glasses of donkey urine and donkey semen to contestants on the next episode had NBC execs so concerned … they gave serious thought to killing the stunt. Sources involved in the production say the stomach-churning stunt was shot last summer — but NBC honchos were having a tough time swallowing this one as the air date approached. We’re told the challenge involved teams of twins drinking the full glass of donkey semen with a glass of urine thrown in for good measure. Contestants had to drain both glasses in order to move on to the next round. Sources say NBC execs had multiple pow-wows in the months after the stunt was shot … but eventually gave producers the thumbs up. The episode airs this coming Monday — and yes, we’re told multiple contestants actually do drink both cups of YAAACK.

JASON AND JORDIN OFFICIALLY AN ITEM
Jason Derulo has announced that he is dating singer Jordin Sparks…..and it was his tragic accident a few weeks ago that spurred on the admission. Jason fractured his neck during a dance routine and was nearly paralyzed recently, and now during his healing phase, he’s decided to talk about his love life. “We are together. She lives in Phoenix and she comes [to Miami] and takes care of me, brings me breakfast in bed and she’ll go on walks with me. We’ve gotten closer because of my accident. It’s awesome to have someone you can talk to and she’s a wonderful person.” And speaking of recovery, he says, “I’m taking it one day at a time. It’s been really eye opening. It’s given me a chance to look at everything and realize how blessed I truly am.” He’s not the only young r&b star fighting to make it back from a life threatening accident. Singer Sean Kingston who recently recovered from a skiing accident just packed up and moved to L.A. because his home in Miami is too close to the beach and he says that just hearing the ocean gives him nightmares so he’s moved to the Hollywood hills. We wish them both a speedy recovery.
