A-List Stars Suing Eleven Paris for the use of their "likeness."

Rihanna and several celebrities are suing a French clothing line for brazenly selling shirts, hats, backpacks, cell phone cases and other items with their likenesses on them without permission. Riri, Jay Z, Beyonce, Kanye West and Pharrell Williams are all suing Eleven Paris, who owns a store in Manhattan’s Soho District.

The complaint was filed last week to the federal court and in it they state the Paris clothing retailer is a ‘habitual, wilful intellectual property infringer that without authorization, usurp the trademarks, copy rights and other rights of A-list celebrities” The Paris retailer has been charged with 52 violations, its been given several cease and desist orders, but so far has ignored them all.
