With the federal election just ten days away, voters across Canada can cast their ballots early. Advance polls officially opened today, and will be open for four days from noon to 8pm. Voters are asked to bring a driver’s license with a name and address. If that is not available, you must bring two pieces of ID with your address on one of them. If you have no ID with an address, you must take an oath, bring two pieces of ID with your name, and bring someone in your riding that will vouch for your address. The last day of advance voting is Thanksgiving Monday, a week before election day, October 19.
