Moviegoers go to see The Wizard

Oz: The Great and Powerful is this week’s top movie at the box office. The movie easily had the biggest debut of the year, making $80.3 million in its first three days of release.
 
Coming in at number two is Jack and the Giant Slayer, which brought in $10 million dollars this week bringing its two-week total to $43.8 million.
 
This year’s breakout box office hit, so far, Identity Theft came in third, taking in $6.3 million. To date the comedy has grossed $117 million after 5 weeks.
 
Making its debut is the action movie, Dead Man Down. The movie, which stars Terrence Howard and Colin Farrell, took in $5.4 million.
 
Round out the top 5 is Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s “Snitch” which brought in $5.1 million.
