Oz great and powerful two weeks in a row

Walt Disney’s Oz The Great and Powerful led all films for the second week in a row. The film grossed $42.2 million over the weekend, which brings its two-week total to $281.8 worldwide.
 
So far ‘Oz’ is 2013’s most successful film. This comes as reports show that the box office is down nearly 13 percent from last year.
 
Taking the number 2 spot this week is the new Halle Berry thriller, “The Call”. In its debut weekend it has brought in $17.1 million
 
The Steve Carrell/ Jim Carrey film, The Incredible Burt Wonderstone debuted in third this weekend with $10.3 million.
 
In fourth place this weekend was Jack the Giant Slayer, which brought in $6.2 million this weekend, bringing its 3-week total to $53.9 million.
 
Rounding out the top 5 was the comedic hit, Identity Thief bringing in $4.5 million. After six weeks, Identity Thief has racked up $123.7 million.
