Canada seal victory over Uganda in Division Two action

In Division Two cricket in Namibia, Nitish Kumar posted the tournament’s first century as Canada destroyed Uganda by 111 runs. Kumar got top honours as player of the match; his score of 104 pulled the Canucks to 293/6 from their 50 overs. Captain Jimmy Hansra added 63 not out. Bowling for Uganda, Roger Mukasa took 2/57 from 9 overs. In response, Uganda were 182 all out; Phillimon Selowa was the top scorer with 70. Some solid bowling from the Canadian side: Cecil Pervez took 4/23 from 7, and Nikhil Dutta took 4/52 from 10.
