Any fears that Carnival 2015 would be thwarted by Ebola have been put rest!
 
The National carnival Commission, the Minister of Arts and Multiculturalism Dr. Lincoln Douglas, Minister of National Security Gary Griffith and bandleaders met yesterday to discuss whether the celebrations would be cancelled.
 
But it looks like Trinidad and Tobago has a low risk status for the Ebola crisis and plans for the celebration are going ahead as planned. Unless there is an incident or occurrence of infection, the massive carnival will still have its time in the sun.
