Cricket: FICA slams shift in power to England, Australia, India

FICA, the international players’ union, is opposed to plans to give England, India and Australia greater control of the sport. The proposals include a two-tier system for Test cricket, in which those three countries will avoid relegation. Recently, the West Indies Cricket Board staged an emergency meeting to discuss the matter out of fear that they would be affected by the change.
