Crowd trouble at Cuttack T20 forces Proteas to wait for victory

The crowd in India apparently wasn’t too happy with the home side’s loss to South Africa in the second T20 at Cuttack; so much so that they interrupted play – twice. During the innings break, one section of the stadium started throwing plastic bottles on the field. It happened again during the Proteas’ response, and players were held up for over 50 minutes. After that the South Africans continued without further delay, beating India by six wickets, and taking the 3-match series 2-0.
