Dominican Bishop wants sexual child abuse to get national attention

In Dominica, the Bishop of Roseau, his Lordship Gabriel Malzaire wants the issue of sexual child abuse to get national attention.
Malzaire says the issue has been on the table but that more needs to be done to bring protection to children.
He also commended the Social Welfare department for trying the best to deal with of sexual child abuse in Dominica.
