Donald Sterling seeks lawsuit against NBA in league's attempt to sell Clippers

Just after reports that the Los Angeles Clippers will be sold for 2 billion dollars, Donald Sterling is now fighting back. According to Sterling’s lawyer, he’s planning to sue the league for 1 billion dollars for damages brought on him by a lifetime ban for racist comments caught on tape. This is just after his estranged wife Shelly struck a deal for former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer to buy the team. Shelly is the sole trustee of the family trust, which implies that input from Donald is not necessary.
