FIFA has announced that its former vice president Jack Warner has been banned from all soccer activity for life. This is because of allegations of misconduct in the bidding processes for the 2018 and 2022 World Cups. Warner left FIFA in 2011 after previous bribery claims. The former CONCACAF boss is currently fighting extradition from Trinidad to the US, where he faces charges of money laundering, racketeering and wire fraud.
