FIFA talks venue change for key December meeting

FIFA is considering a change of venue for the December executive committee meeting, which would originally have been in Japan. No reason was given for the move, but they’ll likely be discussing the leadership, in particular a replacement for Sepp Blatter. Blatter resigned in June, a month after seven FIFA officials were arrested on corruption charges in the US. Blatter himself has not been charged with any wrongdoing.
