The Chennai Super Kings extended their unbeaten streak at home, defeating Royal Challengers Bangalore by 24 runs. CSK hit 148/9 from 20 overs; Suresh Raina was player of the match with 52. As for RCB’s bowling: Mitchell Starc took 3/24 from 4, David Wiese 2/29 from 4, and Harshal Patel 2/19 from 4. Bangalore faltered in their reply of 124 all out; captain Virat Kohli the top scorer with 48. Kohli was run out by Trinidadian allrounder Dwayne Bravo, who picked up 2/17 from 3.4 overs. Other CSK bowlers: Ashish Nehra 3/19 from 4, and Ishwar Pandey 2/28 from 4.
