IPL 2015: RCB bowlers credited for latest win

In the Indian Premier League, Royal Challengers Bangalore were treated to a strong bowling spell as they secured a 9 wicket victory over the Rajasthan Royals. The Royals hit 130/9 from their 20 overs, and no one got higher than Steve Smith’s 31. Blame it on the RCB bowlers: player of the match Mitchell Starc took 3/22 from 4, Harshal Patel 2/23 from 4, and Yuzvendra Chahal 2/25 from 3.1. Bangalore opener Chris Gayle was dismissed for 20, but two unbeaten batsmen picked up the slack: captain Virat Kohli on 62, and AB de Villiers on 47, leading to RCB’s reply of 134/1 from 16.1 overs.
