IPL 2015: RCB knock out Rajasthan in eliminator to enter qualifier with CSK

Royal Challengers Bangalore have sent the Rajasthan Royals out of the Indian Premier League, beating them by 71 runs in the eliminator match. RCB hit 180/4 from 20 overs, with a convincing 3rd-wicket stand of 113 between player of the match AB de Villiers 66 and Mandeep Singh 54 not out. Rajasthan bowler Dhawal Kulkarni took 2/28 from 4 overs. Rajasthan’s batsmen collapsed quickly in their score of 109 all out; Ajinkya Rahane scored 42. RCB’s bowling attack confirmed the victory: Sreenath Aravind 2/20 from 4, Harshal Patel 2/15 from 3, David Wiese 2/32 from 4. Bangalore will now clash with the Chennai Super Kings in Friday’s qualifier before the final on Sunday.
