Kidd interviewed for the position

The Brooklyn Nets interviewed Jason Kidd on Monday in regards to their head coach vacancy according to reports.


Kidd has reportedly been pursuing the Nets’ opening after retiring from the NBA last week.


The former All-Star had a storied run with the franchise with back-to-back NBA Finals appearances in 2002 and 2003.


Kidd has convinced the Nets that he is committed to the demands of becoming a head coach.
