The 19-year old singer was released on bail set at $2, 500 after being arrested for a DUI, resisting arrest without violence, drag racing and driving on an expired license. He admitted to prior alcohol, marijuana, and prescription drug use to police.
 
Justin is currently staying at a hotel in Miami.
