Kanye West and Common Teaming Up To Create 20,000 Youth Jobs

Apr 21, 2014 | G-BLOG | 0 comments

Music industry heavyweights Kanye West and Common are teaming up for another collaboration – but this time, it has nothing to do with music!
Instead, their respective charities Donda’s House Inc. and the Common Ground Foundation are campaigning to create 20,000 jobs for unemployed Chicago youth. They’ll be working with Chicago Urban League — focused on the betterment of black communities.
A native of South-Side Chicago, Common shared that the city has a huge unemployment problem especially among Chicago youth and that he wants to provide the funds and resources to make these jobs happen.
Part of the funds will be raised at an upcoming Music Festival headed by West and Common that will take place on  September 20 and 21 of this year.
Good luck fellas!
