Liverpool boss says Sterling faces great new deal

Liverpool forward Raheem Sterling is being offered an “incredible” new contract; that’s according to manager Brendan Rodgers. The Jamaican-born Sterling will see his current contract run out in two years, and while Rodgers didn’t get into details, he says this is a great new opportunity for the 20-year-old. The boss’ statement comes ahead of the Reds’ clash with Tottenham at Anfield. Elsewhere in the Premier League, Arsenal meet Leicester at the Emirates, Hull City play host to Aston Villa, and Sunderland will bring QPR to the Stadium of Light.
