RAPPER SAYS HE SUFFERED CHILD ABUSE
After the now infamous interview with Lance Armstrong, the queen of talk, Oprah is getting ready to do it again.
This time with rapper LL Cool J. The entertainer opened up and talked about a dark period in his life when he was struggling with child abuse.
He opened up about that experience in his 1998 autobiography I Make My Own Rules. In the documentary he shared that a man named Roscoe who lived with his mother, abused him physically and tormented him psychologically.
LL Cool J described the events of the abuse to Oprah saying that he would get, “beat with vacuum cleaner pipes, strip naked…kicked out in the snow, stay outside.”
The interview with LL Cool J airs Sunday at 9pm on OWN.
