A man is facing charges after a collision in Vaughan left a man and his three grandchildren dead. The crash occurred Sunday afternoon at Kirby Road and Kipling Avenue, when a van with the family was T-boned by another vehicle. The grandfather and one of the children died shortly after the incident, while the two other children died later in hospital. Family members identified the grandfather as 65-year-old Gary Neville, and the children as Harry, Millie and Daniel Neville-Lake, all under the age of 10. The children’s grandmother and great-grandmother were also in the car, and are now in hospital in serious but stable condition. York Regional Police say 29-year-old Marco Muzzo of King Township is facing 18 charges, including impaired driving; he appeared in a Newmarket court today.
