A motorist in Bristol, U.K. who was caught driving erratically was “high on drum and bass” according to the courts.

The court told was told that the man cut off a motorist and took a turn so sharply that his van rocked on its chassis.

Police carried out a Breathalyzer test and discovered that the man was completely sober.

When police questioned the man about his driving, he told them he was “listening to drum and bass [music] and was in a hurry.”

The mans lawyer argued that his client was “carried away because of the intoxicating effects of drum and bass music.”

Cogley was ordered to undertake 80 hours of unpaid work and was banned from driving for a year.

Oh yeah, a police car was behind me probably trying to figure out what was going on, I think that kept my speed in check.
