NBA fines Ujiri, Raptors for swearing at rally

Apr 20, 2015 | Basketball, Sports | 0 comments

Raptors GM Masai Ujiri was slapped with a $35,000 fine for some colourful language during a rally before the Saturday’s playoff game against the Wizards. On top of that, the whole Raps franchise was fined another $25,000. Ujiri was responding to Paul Pierce’s comments that the Raptors don’t have the “it” factor. This is the second fine for Ujiri over foul language; at last year’s playoff rally against Brooklyn, he had some choice words for the Nets.
