Rihanna and Lupita Nyong’o will star in an upcoming Netflix movie based on a picture of the two attached to a Twitter post that went viral.

The Grammy-winning singer and Oscar-winning actor were photographed together at a Miu Miu fashion show back in 2014, which was then used as part of a joke movie pitch on Twitter in April.

“Rihanna looks like she scams rich white men and Lupita is the computer smart best friend that helps plan the scans,” read the tweet the photo was attached to. The tweet has since received over 96,000 retweets.

The buddy movie will be directed by “13th” and “Selma” director Ava DuVernay. It’s unclear yet as to whether the film will follow the same idea as the initial tweet. Netflx are reportedly eyeing the film for a 2018 release date.
