One century follows another as Australia seal win in Tri-Series opener

The host nation Australia secured a 3 wicket victory over England, in the opening Tri-Series match in Sydney. England made 234 all out; the skipper Eoin Morgan made 121. Aussie bowler Mitchell Starc was the man of the match as he picked up 4/42 from 8.5; James Faulkner took 3/47-10. Australia’s David Warner made 127, the only other century in the match. This led the home side to 235/7 from 39.5 overs. Bowling for England, Chris Woakes took 4/40 from 8 overs.
