Pakistan's Yasir Shah suspended after failed doping test

Dec 28, 2015 | Cricket, Sports | 0 comments

Pakistan spin bowler Yasir Shah has been provisionally suspended by the ICC after testing positive for a banned substance. This was based on a sample taken from Yasir in his country’s 2nd ODI against England on November 13. He’s barred from being part of international matches or games set up by a national cricket board – in any way. However, if Yasir asks to have a ‘B’ sample tested and it turns out to be negative, the suspension would be dropped immediately. The Pakistan Cricket Board has already begun an inquiry into the matter.
