Performance highlights included The Weeknd performing his number one hit "The Hills," Grammy-award winning a capella group Pentatonix (accompanied with a Symphony Orchestra) bringing the theme music of 'Star Wars' franchise to life with an always impressive vocal medley, and Canadian legend Celine Dion performing "Hymne a L'Amour" (popularized by French vocal legend Edith Piafa,) as a tribute to the many lives lost, and countless lives affected, in the recent Paris attacks.
Then Justin Bieber closed off the night, performing his three smash hits "What Do You Mean/Where Are U Now/Sorry” from his newly release album 'Purpose.'
