Raptors’ Lowry to start in NBA All-Star game

Raptors guard Kyle Lowry will be starting for the East in next month’s All-Star Game, the first Toronto starter since Chris Bosh back in 2008. Lowry surpassed the Heat’s Dwyane Wade in the votes, and will start alongside Washington Wizard John Wall. The NBA All-Star Game is Sunday February 15 in New York City.
