Dancer and choreographer Wade Robson is threatening legal action against Jackson patriarch Joe Jackson, if he continues to spread vicious lies… this according to legal documents.
As reported by TMZ, Robson’s lawyers served a ‘cease and desist’ letter to Jackson on May 25, accusing him of slander and warning Jackson to stop dragging Robson’s name through the mud.
The letter mentions a video of Jackson posted on TMZ.com, where Jackson tells a videographer that Robson is being paid to lie about the molestation allegations against deceased Michael Jackson, saying it is part of a giant conspiracy.

Robson’s lawyers write in the letter that J. Jackson’s statements are “particularly reprehensible in light of the fact that [Robson] has only recently been able to come forward which is so typically characteristic and tragic for so many survivors of sexual abuse.
It read on to say, “Any trier of fact would conclude your statement was malicious, intended to further injure our client.”
Robson’s lawyers say they will not hesitate to “take any and all appropriate legal measures to vehemently protect the truth and commence legal action.”
