Shelly-Ann leads women's 100m in Doha

Some of the world’s best have gathered together at the Diamond League meet today in Doha, Qatar. Olympic champion sprinter Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce found further success as she took first place in the women’s 100m event at 11.13 seconds. Coming in second was Nigeria’s Blessing Okagbare with 11.18, and behind her was Kerron Stewart of Jamaica with 11.25. In the men’s 200m, Jamaica’s Nickel Ashmeade took the lead with 20.13 seconds, while fellow countryman Warren Weir finished second at 20.31.
