Australia captain Steve Smith continued his winning ways as his side beat England by 3 wickets at the Tri-Series tournament in Hobart. The Englishmen made 303/8 from their 50 overs. Ian Bell 141, Joe Root 69, Moeen Ali 46. Aussie bowler Gurinder Sandhu took 2/49 from 10. Australia struck back with 304/7 from 49.5 overs. Smith was the man of the match with 102 not out, Shaun Marsh 45, wicket keeper Brad Haddin 42. Bowling for England, Chris Woakes took 2/58 from 9.5, Moeen Ali took 2/50 from 10, and Steven Finn took 2/65 from 10.
