Sochi Day 14: Canada's success story continues with men's hockey win over USA

Another good day for Canada in the 14th day of the Winter Olympics in Sochi. The men’s hockey team move on after their 1-0 win against the United States, and they’ll be fighting for gold with Sweden, who beat Finland 2-1 in another semifinal. Canada was also on top in the women’s ski cross final; Marielle Thompson takes homes the gold medal, while fellow British Columbian Kelsey Serwa gets silver. Canada’s men’s curling team also got gold after defeating Great Britain, and short track speed skater Charle Cournoyer wins bronze in the men’s 500-metre event. Team Canada now sits at third with 9 gold, 10 silver, and 5 bronze, for a total of 24 medals.
