South Africa salvage 3rd T20 win as Windies take series 2-1

A surprise century by South African wicket keeper Morne van Wyk denied the West Indies a 3-nil series washout, in a 69-run victory in the 3rd and final T20 at Durban. Van Wyk earned the man of the match title with 114 not out, to help bring South Africa to 195/3 from their 20 overs; Reeza Hendricks made 42. The Windies fizzled out in their reply of 126 all out, including 49 from Lendl Simmons. The batsman were stunned by South African fast bowler David Wiese, who picked up 5/23 from 4 overs. The visiting West Indies walk away with a 2-1 series triumph, and Chris Gayle, who was out of the third match due to back injury, was named the player of the series.
