'Chi-raq,' Spike Lee’s new joint, is kicking up a storm!
Amazon Studios has released the first trailer for the upcoming film. It follows the gangs in the fictional city of Chi-raq, all the guns, killings and tears but then focuses on the women of these men going on a sex strike till they put down the guns.
It’s a modern day version of the Greek comedy Lysistrata. Some major star power will headline this film including Samuel L. Jackson, Angela Basset, Wesley Snipes, John Cusack, Nick Cannon, Dave Chappelle and Lala Anthony.
Sounds like an interesting watch!
