Congrats to all at 987fm. Its been more than 20 years since the pirate stations in London, England – catering to the black population – had to be taken seriously paving the way for radio stations that truly represented the` mainstream Caribbean community`. There`s a reason why we`re tuned in to 98.7 & not another station. Let`s keep the vision & determination it took to make 98.7 a reality so it becomes an overwhelming and long-standing testimony of success!!

I was driving with my 16 yr old daughter and she turned the radio to your station and said Mom listen to this – it was playing something from my back in the day…I started booping my head and haven’t changed to another station since.
