Michael Jackson’s family requests lawsuit to exclude paternity of Jackson’s 3 children
The family of Michael Jackson is pleading with a judge in their wrongful death lawsuit against AEG Live (Which is for $40 BILLION) to exclude any evidence of the paternity of Jackson’s 3 children.
According to reports from TMZ, the family of Jackson argues that it is irrelevant for a jury to hear evidence about the conception of the three children. The family believes that AEG has no right to delve into their biological parentage.
The family also wants to exclude any evidence that Jackson’s siblings have financial problems as they worry that AEG might try to argue that the reason for the lawsuit was the need for cash.
Katherine Jackson and the children also want the judge to not include any mention of Michael’s child molestation allegations because he was never found guilty.
