Michael Clarke Duncan’s family questions Omarosa
Omarosa Manigault who made a name for herself as a reality TV villain on The Apprentice is back in the news.
Apparently it is over the estate of the late actor Michael Clarke Duncan. The family of the actor has questions about whether or not Omarosa unduly influenced him into re-writing his will months before he died and leaving almost everything to her.
Judy Duncan, Michael’s sister has hired a lawyer to investigate the circumstances surrounding the change in the actor’s will in April 2012. A change that made Omarosa the main beneficiary.
According to the sister, MCD was not in the right state of mind when he made the changes because in early December 2011, he was not himself, slurring words and stumbling around.
The suspicions about Omarosa intensified when Duncan was hospitalized following his heart attack, saying that Omarosa was fixated on Michael’s money when he was on life support.
Omarosa has already sold a bunch of Michael’s personal belongings such as watches, cars, awards etc.
“I don’t control the estate or the finances and Judy knows it. If you saw all of her emails and texts to me you would see that she is just trying to get money from me, and threatened going to press if I did not give it to her and that is a crime!” Omarosa told TMZ about the situation.
