FORMER CHARLIE BROWN VOICE ACTOR ARRESTED
Peter Robbins, known to the world as the former voice actor of Charlie Brown was arrested as he was reentering the United States from Mexico.
Robbins is being charged with 12 felony counts of making criminal threats and stalking. Border patrol agents arrested him when a computer check of his passport showed that Robbins was wanted in San Diego on a felony warrant.
He was wanted for stalking and making violent threats.
Robbins was 9 when he was chosen to voice Charlie Brown in the 1960’s in such specials as “A Charlie Brown Christmas” and “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown.” He is 56 now.
With the change of his voice at the age of 14, Peter Robbins had to be replaced with a different voice actor.
