MORGAN FREEMAN DOESN'T BELIEVE IN GOD
MORGAN FREEMAN has PLAYED God in both "Bruce Almighty" and its sequel "Evan Almighty". But doesn't actually believe in God.
Freeman hosts a new show on The Science Channel called "Through the Wormhole With Morgan Freeman". And there's an episode called "Did We Invent God?" So someone asked Freeman if he thought that title was true. His response was "My belief system doesn't support a creator as such, as we can call God, who created us in His/Her/Its image."
DON RICKLES was one of the speakers at a tribute to SHIRLEY MACLAINE in Hollywood this past Thursday night. And even at 86 years of age, he'll probably go down as the most controversial.
And it was all because of this joke . . .
"I shouldn’t make fun of the blacks. President Obama is a personal friend of mine. He was over to the house yesterday, but the mop broke." According to reports, the joke received some gasps AND laughs. -WOW I guess I shouldn't be surprised but in this day and age this joke seems like a throwback.
