HALLE BERRY HAS TO TAKE CARE OF HER EX HALLE BERRY has been ordered to pay $20,000 a month to her ex Gabriel Aubry. Even though their daughter Nahla is 4, there's never been a child support order until now. Halle and Gabriel still haven't settled all their issues. Now they're fighting over whether or not Halle can take Nahla and move to Paris to be with her boyfriend OLIVIER MARTINEZ.               KEVIN DURANT MIGHT LOSE HIS NAME Hoops superstar Kevin Durant is one game away from losing the NBA Finals, and now one lawsuit away from losing his famous nickname -- "Durantula" -- because a guitarist claims KD jacked it from him. Durant was sued in Federal Court by a guy named Mark Durante -- a guitarist who, according to the lawsuit, was a big deal in the 80s ... playing with Public Enemy, and The Aliens. In the lawsuit, Durante says he adopted the name "Durantula" for his "on-stage and performance persona" -- and has used it to market "music, recordings, apparel, t-shirts, guitars, and related merchandise." Meanwhile, sports fans have adopted the handle for the Oklahoma City Thunder star and current NBA scoring champ. Durante claims he sent KD's people a couple letters "demanding they stop using the nickname" -- but says Durant's reps claimed he wasn't using it. In the suit though, Durante claims Nike has used the moniker to launch a shoe campaign and KD himself signed "Durantula" on basketballs that are for sale through his website. The guitarist says he registered the "Durantula" trademark. He's suing for damages and an injunction stopping KD from using the name.                     JOHN CENA GRANTS HIS 300th WISH John Cena recently granted his 300th wish for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, making him the organization's all-time leader. MICHAEL JORDAN has granted 200 wishes, and KOBE BRYANT has granted 100. On yesterday's "Good Morning America", Cena surprised a 7-year-old boy who suffers from a spinal condition with tickets to the upcoming, 1,000th episode of "Monday Night Raw". Cena says he wants to grant 1,000 wishes. He is the Make-A-Wish Foundation's most requested celebrity. HULK HOGAN started the trend of wrestlers granting wishes . . . and back in the '80s, HE was the foundation's top dog.
