Famous British Politician Dies

 
In 1965, Winston Churchill died in London at age 90.
 
Winston Churchill was a Member of Parliament in the Conservative Party for Oldham, a town in Manchester, England.
 
During World War 2 he took a stand against Adolph Hitler’s threat to control Europe.
 
After the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, Churchill helped lead a successful Allied strategy with President Franklin D. Roosevelt and General Secretary Joseph Stalin to defeat the Axis powers and craft post-war peace.
