     World Cup 2015: Afghan underdogs celebrate historic win over Scotland

Afghanistan's squad made history for their homeland. They saw their first ever World Cup victory as they got past Scotland by one wicket in Dunedin. The Scots posted 210 all out; Matt Machan and Majid Haq each made 31. Afghan bowler Shapoor Zadran picked up 4/38 from 10, and his teammate Dawlat Zadran took 3/29 from 10. Scotland were in for a shock when Afghanistan hit back with 211/9 from 49.3 overs. Man of the match Samiullah Shenwari made 96, and Javed Ahmadi made 51.
