You can credit Sean Williams for saving Zimbabwe from a tight spot to defeat the United Arab Emirates by 4 wickets at their Cricket World Cup clash in Nelson, New Zealand. The Emirates made 285/7 from their 50 overs; Shaiman Anwar 67, Khurram Khan 45. Bowling for Zimbabwe, Tendai Chatara picked up 3/42 from 10, Solomon Mire 2/39 from 8, and Sean Williams 2/43 from 8. Williams, the man of the match, put in even more work; this time with the bat. His unbeaten 76 gave Zimbabwe a boost with 286/6 from 48 overs. Wicket keeper Brendan Taylor made 47, Sikandar Raza 46, and Craig Ervine 45. UAE captain Mohammad Tauqir took 2/51 from 9 overs.
