18 year-old Youth Shot on a TTC Streetcar.

18 year-old Sammy Yatim was fatally shot in an altercation with Toronto Police onboard a TTC streetcar over the weekend, and it was all caught on tape!

Yatim, who was identified by friends and family, was pronounced dead in hospital after being shot three times, shot again SIX additional times and on top of that, Yatim was TASERED! (Maybe to make sure he stayed down?)

This all happened during a clash with police after midnight Saturday at Dundas Street and Bellwoods Avenue area.

An Emergency Vigil/March to spread awareness to End Police Violence will start at 5pm today, starting at Dundas Square, and continue on to Dundas and Bellwoods for around 6:30pm.

So far 1,087 Facebook followers on the vigil page are going to attended.
