Canadian track runner Daundre Barnaby has died at a training camp in St. Kitts; he was 24 years old. Barnaby, a Brampton native, had apparently drowned while swimming in the ocean, according to Athletics Canada. He ran for Canada at the 2012 London Olympics, and at last year’s Commonwealth Games in Glasgow. He also would’ve competed in this year’s Pan Am Games here in Toronto.
