Canadian star player Dwayne De Rosario is retiring. The 36-year-old Toronto native began in the MLS in 2001 with the San Jose Earthquakes, and most recently played with Toronto FC. He’s also a 4-time Canadian player of the year, and is the all-time leading scorer for Canada with 22 goals, and the all-time leading scorer for TFC with 28 goals. De Rosario will now join MLSE in an ambassador role.
