Comedian Eddie Murphy has said that he is finally considering releasing music!
The multi-talented Murphy, who released hit songs during the 1980s, says he never continuously released music over the years because he felt that many actors did it to be trendy and he didn’t want to be grouped among them.
Murphy says he’s been recording material for over 25 years and some of that material could be compiled into a reggae album or R&B album. “Oh Jah Jah” a song recently released by Murphy is a reggae song which Eddie says was in reaction to the events of Ferguson and beheadings of reporters.
Murphy says he has collaborated with the artists such as Raphael Saadiq, Paul McCartney and Snoop. As for an album release, Murphy says if he releases a song and it connects with the people, then he might just put out and album for the people to enjoy.
