Lady Gaga will sing “The Star-Spangled Banner” during the inauguration of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris on Jan. 20.
The much-anticipated event begins at 11:30 a.m. ET. After taking the oath of office, Biden becomes the 46th President and Harris becomes the first female, first Black and first South Asian Vice President.
Gaga supported Biden and Harris throughout the presidential campaign. On Nov. 2, just two days before the U.S. election, Gaga attended a drive-in campaign rally with Biden in Pittsburgh.
Heavy security is expected at the Capital in light of the events of Jan. 6 when pro-Trump supporters stormed into the building.
