Hundreds people including politicians, close friends and family members joined the Ford family today to say goodbye to former Toronto Mayor Rob Ford.
Earlier this morning (after Ford’s casket lay in repose for two days,) the processional accompanied by honour guards and ceremonial bagpipes, made the short journey from City Hall to St. James Cathedral where the funeral was held.
During his emotional eulogy, Rob’s brother Doug Ford told mourners how much he will miss his brother and reassured supporters that he will not be forgotten.
Ford died from cancer last week at age 46.
